One Piece is my favorite action/adventure shounen manga. Its been consistently good throughout its whole run and the whole cast of characters maybe my favorite of all time. I like how it doesn't take itself seriously most of the time and yet can sell an emotional scene every now and then. Current shounen darlings Bleach and Naruto have nothing on One Piece storywise. |
