Re: Hey.

Tell us a little bit about yourself and read a few threads. Once you got an opinion, let 'er rip.

Re: Hey.

I very much like the name. Noted your name earlier in the day when I was looking to see who was on, and was hoping you'd decide to come on in. New friends are always welcome.

Ah, well, I suppose I'd better do my spiel:

Basement: With small arms & guide, fine. Otherwise: No-no. We lose too many that way.

Attic: Goblins are on their good behavior. I think they're afraid of Rosie's sword (don't blame 'em).

Tea Room/Menagerie (frequently, though not always the same): No leather around Wally until after his dentist's appointment. Colinaliban the Jabberwock loves Belgian chocolates; give him enough and he might even let you scratch him behind the ... er ... ears. Incunabularishtar the Bandersnatch likes Earl Grey tea, a drop of cream, no sugar. Or porridge, no cream, very small pinch of salt. The Phoenix is moulting for another day or two, so don't be startled by the big "Poom". Or by people scrabbling for the incubator immediately afterward.

Some of us here are a little strange. You'll have to watch out for them. The rest of us are even weirder. Them you don't have to worry about. It's always the quiet ones....

Seriously: Join the fun, go where you like, post as often as you wish, friendliness is the order of the day; good company, good conversation, and (if you write) lots of good feedback to help hone any such skills. We also have a gallery if you wish to post artwork for people to ooohh and aaahhh over.

Look forward to seeing you around.

Re: Hey.

Do here? This might seem a bit strange as a theory, but more or less whatever you feel like. It would be nice if you posted your opinions on ongoing matters, books, discussions and suchlike, but if you feel like sitting down with a cup of something and watching the antics of the residents, both human and otherwise, well, this is freedom. You can spit on the mat and call the cat a… no, better avoid calling the cat names;I got my noes scratched.
So, now you've joined, what is it like? Has anyone asked you your favorite books/films/games/species yet?
Welcome to the jigsaw; there are holes for some very strange shaped pieces yet.

Hey I'm weird as well. I'll probebly spend most of my time in the Tolkien section of this forum.

On TTF (the place where I was given this link) I had posted a book I have started writing and was given a few good things and then sent here to get some more here. Might post it when I get to know people around here better to see if they'll steal it of me. Took me almost a year on TTF.
