No, I don't know of any maps of "the Dreamlands" he ever did -- in fact, it's arguable that he himself thought of most of the tales in this fashion; as Joshi has noted, the majority of them actually take place in this world in the extremely remote past, save for "Celephaïs",
The Dream-Quest of Uknown Kadath, and possibly "The White Ship"....
However, on the subject of maps... HPL did do maps for various stories, to help him picture the locale better for himself (and therefore to aid consistency in the stories). He did such maps of Arkham (actually, he had more than one of these, if I recall correctly), for instance. He even had a map of a locale he apparently intended to use, but never did... which is reproduced on an issue of
Lovecraft Studies....
