B5 ships would win in each of those groups.
Borg would be unable to assimilate organic technology; the Minbari could've wiped out humans if they'd wanted to; and the Shadows would easily kick Dominion butt.
Now a more interesting match would perhaps be to see how Klingons would behave on B5, especially in the compay of Narns.
