Bah! I still hate RAW. I
want sharpening and saturation applied to my shots, that's why I set them in the camera! And jpgs are so much easier to work with: I download my shots, preview them in Win. Image Viewer, then open the good ones and edit them.
Et voila! With RAW I can only preview and open them in Minolta's own software, which is slow, and I have then save them out as jpgs (and sometimes more than one copy because I want to make a HDR).
Speaking of HDR - that "interesting" shot is one I made from my RAWs.
