There is no limit on how many new threads you can start, but scalem is right that so many new threads by new members are just duplicates of existing threads. And for that reason the conversations don't get very far, because the topics are pretty much discussed out (and in some cases the original thread didn't go very far, either).
So, it really is a good idea to stick around for a while and get the lay of the land before starting a great many new threads. |
