yah - in the old days it was turn-up ask and be hired or refused on the spot
now its fill in form A section B, but only if you are under 45 if you are over its section C - then you have to send this off - wait a month and then fill in section A1-10 of form B. Then Form C will be..................
its a nightmare (worst part is that nobody ever looks at the darped things!)
