Gotta go with the flow here and say Ser Gregor vs. Oberyn. When I first read it I thought the outcome was obvious. Of course Oberyn would win! What a shock that one was. Right up there with the beheading of Eddard or the Red Wedding.

My second favorite fight is the Tower of Joy. It's odd that we don't see much of the fight but that it feels so epic. It's one of the best scenes in the series.
