If this happened it would be a pretty happy ending. I don't think we're going to get a perfect storybook happy ending in this series. I believe the "bad guys" (Lannisters) will still have a lot of power in the end. The real enemy in the series is probably The Others. I can see them being destroyed by the end. I just don't think the overall politcal situation will be resolved quite so neatly. |
