Actually, this is what we call a "saga". I'd suggest going back and picking one point, perhaps point #2 and use that as the plot line of the novel. You can always go back and do separate stories for the back stories. One of the hardest things in writing, is to pare down the plot:
who is my main character? What does he want/want to accomplish? What obstacles must he overcome to reach that goal?
