The Bonehunters just arrived!

Aye well I picked up my package from Amazon.ca today and I now have The Bonehunters in my hands finally!

I have to finish Kate Elliott's Child of Flame first because I am 1/2 way through, but thank the gods its very good and proving quite a fast read. I'll try to let you all know my thoughts on The Bonehunters when I get to it, take care all.

Wel done Rahl, you're becoming a real Erikson convert...

You'll be glad to know Elliott's Crown Of Stars Septet is great as I'm currently completing it myself, well worth the read!

Re: The Bonehunters just arrived!

I am finding so far this book seems to be attempting to grind all of its characters to a slow and very painful death. Perhaps even prolonging the pain and suffering beyond death. The desperate feeling of an ever increasing doom that everyone is slowly realizing will be unavoidable no matter the actions they may take now. Every character seems to be in such complete depresion that I think the Malazan armies largest mistake is that they don't have "shrinks" in their ranks to help deal with it.
