I'm going to be there (in fact, they've given me a fairly full schedule of panels) and considering how many Chronicles members live in Northern California, I'm hoping I won't be the only one.

They've posted the preliminary programming schedule:

It doesn't tell who has been assigned to each panel -- I suppose to give us all a decent chance to back out or request other changes before bandying our names across the internet -- but those details will probably be available sometime before the convention.

Meanwhile, they've extended the current price for pre-registation until May 15.
