When I close my eyes and rub them vigorously, I see a black-on-dark-red swirling, distorted wavy checkerboard pattern with exploding black diamonds and black paisleys. Sometimes. Other times, I just get that subterranean supernova thing.

Speaking of which...I believe your name MUST be the inspiration for Mark Robson's short story. I heard the name Jack Ferret mentioned so many times when he visited my old school that it's ingrained itself into my brain!
