I have a stomach full of lamb, mash and butternut squash.

Oh dear.



I'm feeling hungry all of a sudden..................

When are you NOT feeling hungry, Seph?

[Leisha]

Feeling hungry is good; it means you will shortly eat.

[Sephiroth]

I don't feel hungry for about half an hour after I've eaten.




And yes, I will shortly eat. That's the optimist's view. Or...'Oh, I haven't eaten in ages'. Which isn't even true. It's been about an hour........

But I need more.

Do you want to end up like me, Seph? At least you might have a chance with the ladies....it's already too late for me....*shakes his head and sighs* If a week of a liquid diet doesn't get rid of enough weight, nothing will....

Well, what can I say? I have a fast metabolism.

Seriously, I eat like a horse. Well, my appetite was stifled somewhat by the tonsillitis but it's back now with a vengeance.



People keep telling me that sooner or later I'm going to end up fat.

So far I have defied them, but I'm only 28.

apparently if you:
don't eat after dark
and don't eat any processed foods

you will lose weight (there was one other rule, - I think it is to have 3 planned meals a day - or something like that)

I sometimes eat after dark.


Although I try not to eat processed foods if I can avoid it. I eat plenty of meat from the butcher.

I know someone who lost about 4/5 stone in a couple of months. She only ate foods or snacks that had 1g or less of saturated fat in them (which, of course, made for some very bland foods). But it worked!

I lost a little weight during that unwanted liquid diet, but I'm still about as fat as a plow horse....it's really kind of depressing, now that I think about it....

I don't think I'd be much good at losing weight...

Neither am I, apparently, despite my metabolism....*sigh* I think my weight's the reason I've decided to nourish my mind....in the hopes of salvaging SOMETHING from this pitiful body....I couldn't even get close to any girls in high school.

[Sephiroth]

Nourishing your mind is worth it anyway, even if you're thin as a rake.

The soul is the important thing. Or, more prosaically, the person.



Besides, some girls like bigger guys.......

People should love you for who you are. If they don't, it's their loss. And I was never popular in school. Plus, I didn't chat about boys and makeup and celebrities, so I wasn't considered "cool".

Intelligence is something to be cherished. People here have intelligence, it's just that not everyone in the Real World appreciates it.
