Bugging Question.

I remember reading in one of the many Riftwar storiesa little scene though I cant reember what book it was from. I can't be borthered readying through all of them so I pose the question to you.

I one of the books ( I believe) Jimmy is trecking through some underground Sewer with some other companions. I think two of Boric's sons are with him/ Martin and the Prince of Kronder (spelt like Aurtha) It is completely dark and Jimmy is attacked by a creature. Jimmy cries and the the creature is eventually killed. It turns out that the creature wasnt that bad, but they understand why Jimmy was so upset when you couldnt tell what it is in the dark.



I hope i havent been to vague. If someone could tell me which book this is from I would be uber happy. So I can put this question to rest. I signed up just to find out.
P.S Loved the books and have read them all. the only ones i havent read are Murder in Lamut and Honoured enemy.

Has anyone read the short story from the riftwar in the Legends book?

Yup, just as they get to the place with the special 'silverthorn' flower they need to save Anita.
It's some animal 'warped' by the magic of the old Valheru place nearby, I think?

It was the creature The Gwalli referred to as the bad thing.Wasn't it some sort of rock lizard?

I think this was the only time we seen Jimmy so scared he actually panicked

Martin saved jimmy from the rock lizard because he panicked. It was under a bridge near a valheru cave of some sort where they found some of the serpant priests, if i recall correctly. So dont worry teamkeogh because it is practically underground *wink*.
