What job do you think Harry will have?

How about Hermione and Ron?

And how about Draco Malfoy?

I would have to guess that Harry would be the Dark Arts Teacher at Hogwarts. Hermoine I could see as a Wizengamot, while Ron is her husband.

Draco? I see him as anti-Harry.

Mmmm,

Harry as a aurua (wrong spelling I know - sorry), but he doesn't have the grades and plus he has just left school. So I can see him as Defence against the dark acts teacher.

Hermione and Ron - I agree totally!

Draco Malfoy - Preferably in Azkaban - with his dad! and the woman who killed Sirius!

Defence Against the Dark Arts Teacher - good call, I would have thought Auror too but then again, I think, should he survive Book 7, he will have had his fill of capturing Death Eaters and other evils...

I'm not sure, I'd like to think he'd go on and win the Quidditch World Cup captaining the English Quidditch team....

As for Ron & Hermione, god I wish they'd get their arses moving and just get it together, Ron needs to be married to someone like Hermione otherwise he'd get nothing done. A Wizengamot for Hermione??? Maybe, I think she'll probably be one of the best teachers Hogwarts has ever seen and maybe she'll teach Transmogrification (is that right?) and go on to become the Headmistress...

Draco will be in Azkaban where his lot belong and hopefully he will live in fear of Buckbeak!!!!!!!!

Not really, you never know, after Dumbledore's death, he might turn, he's all front that one, not sure how he'd take to actually being evil...

I don't know...I think Harry will finally want to do something for himself. Maybe travel before he settles into a job. See places and do things he couldn't before because of his home life and Voldemort. Maybe he will inherit Dumbledores journals and walk in his mentors footsteps. Hermione will probably become an activist for someting like the house elfs. Ron needs to do a little more growing up and yeah he needs to figure out what he is going to do about Hermione. What ever it is will make or break him. Is there a college for Wizards? I would suggest they continue with studies. Although except for Hermione they are horrible with their studies.

Oh, and Draco. He and Harry are going to have to meet in the town square at high noon for a showdown. Back to back, they faced each other. Drew their swords and shot each other....

Harry won't have a job because he won't survive the next book in a final showdown with voldermort which will result in both dying. controversal I know but one can't survive without the other

It's not controversal in the lest because Harry will survive. Rowling has already mentioned that Harry notices that his scar is gone is the very last thing mentioned in the last book.

I'm not sure that I see Harry as a teacher at Hogwarts, but after his successes as tutor of the DA, there is little doubt that he would make a good teacher. Despite everything, I hope that he manages to fulfil his dream of being an Auror. Whether or not he leaves school or never returns, I hope that he manages to become an Auror. There will be plenty of DE to proscute after the downfall of Voldy. And actually, while I write this, I've just realised that surely Harry wouldn't be accepted as as Hogwarts professor until he had completed his education and spent time gaining experience in another profession anyway. (Remember that Headmaster Dippet did not accept Riddle as a professoer because Riddle had only just left school.)

I don't necessarily think that Hermione will go for a highly paid profession, even though she's intelligent enough to work for the escelions(sp) of the Ministry. Like many, I think she has the drive to work for some sort of charity or activist's cause ... but I'm not sure that she will. If she doesn't end up being a teacher, then I am sure that she will work within the ministry, but doing what exactly ~ who knows? Maybe working within Magical Law Enforcement and/or the Regulation of e.g Wand Use (What was the brochure she was reading during careers week in OotP?)

As for Ron, who knows? Probably following in the family's footsteps of working within the Ministry ~ Dept. of Sports maybe? (again, what was the brochure he was reading in OotP?) As much as I like Ron, I'm not sure he will make it as an Auror. But then again, bumbling Tonks managed it, so it's possible than Ron will too ~ and I'm sure we'd all like to see him outshine HArry.

Harry - well he will most likely spend the last book killing or trying to kill Voldemort.Hermione - she will marry Ron and spend most of her life as Minister of MagicRon - well since his wife is the Minister of Magic - he will naturally be in charge of Ministry of Sport - Quiddich.Neville - He will become the Botany teacher at HogwartsHagrid - marries that giant lady Madame whatshername from France.Snape - is unfortunately still alive AND the Defence against the darks art teacherMcGonegal (I know i have spelt that one wrong) - Still is teaching the subject of tranfiguration,Dumbledore is still HEadmaster of Hogawarts... (major twist is he is still alive)

Does anyone else get the impression that Draco will end up turning to the "good side"? In my opinion, much of his hatred and aggression has been bred into him by his father, and there are moments when he almost seems to doubt what he's doing. It's like he is realizing that as he gets older, the childish cruelties he used to inflict on people have larger consequences than he expected.

You might be right there Ada, Draco could end up on the good side (lets face he is ALL talk), when you think about his mum, etc, I reckon she would want Draco to be on the good side instead of basically dying for Voldemort!
