do people think that the film's better if you haven't read the book? I went to see it, not even realising that it was a book, which is shocking considering how much I love Gaiman's work, and I loved it and went back the next week, but afterwards I talked to some people who had read the book who said that they were disappointed by it. This also happened with The Golden Compass.... |
