You may have already heard about the planned Star Wars sitcom project, which will be helmed by Seth Green (of Austin Powers, Buffy and Family Guy fame).

Seth recently revealed a few more details about the project when interviewed by MTV.

Although reticent to give any meaty information, saying that it’s still far too early, Seth confirmed the comedy will be a computer generated animation.

He also said it would be really funny, and Star Wars in a way you’ve never seen it before. Apparently there’ll be some recognisable characters from the films in the animation, too.

Sounds like fun, and Seth definitely seems like the right man for the job, as he’s already flexed his Star Wars parodying muscles in his TV sketch comedy Robot Chicken.

We can certainly trust him not to make Darth Vader a dwarf with a massively oversized helmet.
