Sci-Fi writer dies

During the 50’s and 60’s the world of aliens and distant worlds could only be found in the written word, this was the era of the science fiction novel and William Tenn was one of those writers that brought this strange and often frightening world to the masses.
Of course William Tenn was not his real name, that was Philip Klass and on Sunday he died only a couple of months before his ninetieth birthday.
Tenn was one of the pioneers of the genre that we love so much, without Tenn and others like him the world of sci-fi and fantasy may have been a different place altogether, after all who else would have come up with a story of an alien race that has seven different genders.
