Science fiction is everywhere these days, which for fans is great because there was a time when sci-fi was a sort of under the counter genre. But now sci-fi is everywhere and to reflect this success even the industry awards are beginning to acknowledge its contribution.

One such award is the Falstaff International Film Festival; this started on Saturday and will continue until the 20th November.

Science fiction film, Triple Hit from Entanglement Productions has been voted third in the Best Film Category of the Institute of Videography (IoV) Awards.

Coming third is a great achievement and as such, the film will be shown along with a further hundred and fifty films over the course of the festival.

The film itself is about travelling to different realities, where UK is the same but what goes in the country is entirely different.

Hi! Thanks for the mention! In addition to our IOV award, we also won Best VFX at Falstaff International Film Festival, so it’s been a good couple of months for us. Feel free to drop me a line if you’d like to see the film!
