Yesterday we spoke about the issues that have hit the US launch of the remade 1980’s science fiction show V and how it had been hit with scheduling problems.

Now it seems that this will not be an issue when this much awaited TV show lands in the UK, in a deal between the owners of the UK Sci-Fi Channel, NBC Universal Global Networks and Warner Bros. International Television Distribution, V will be shown on Sci-Fi.

The Sci-Fi Channel have the first UK rights to the eighteen episode one hour long series, this follows an established pattern for the channel that has recently been premiering some of the top science fiction shows from the US such as, Dollhouse, Knight Rider, Eli Stone and Warehouse 13.

Unfortunately, there has been no announcement as to when the show will be aired in the UK.
