There has been a lot of speculation of the up and coming series “FlashForward” but many questions were answered following the press screening of the first episode.

The series is based around the novel by Robert J Sawyer, although he used the title “Flash Forward” a subtle but all the same significant change.

The story follows a strange worldwide blackout in which some people experience a glimpse of their future lives on the 29th April 2010. During the series investigators, will piece things together gradually leading up to the last episode when time catches up with the future and the visions become a reality?

The show stars Joseph Fiennes as the lead character Mark Benford and the creator of the popular animation “Family Guy” Seth MacFarlane will also star as an FBI agent.

  1. Sounds as if Flash Forward might be a very interesting series . . . that is if it holds true to the book. However, there is a drawback to having a glimpse of the future. If you see the future you must also do everything you saw because if you don’t the future would be altered.
